General

These terms apply to services provided by Dubrovnik Travel Services, Dubrovnik, Croatia. By sending a booking or quote request you accept them.

Booking conditions

A request sent through this website is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking exists only once we confirm it in writing (WhatsApp or email) with the agreed service, time and price. Please check the confirmation carefully and tell us immediately if anything is wrong.

Pricing

Where a fixed price is shown it applies as described. Otherwise the price depends on passengers, destination, vehicle, date, duration, pickup location and any special requirements, and is confirmed before the service. Additional stops or waiting time requested on the day may be charged extra and will always be agreed with you first.

Cancellation policy

Please cancel or change a confirmed booking as early as possible. Cancellations made well in advance are free of charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged, and the applicable conditions are stated in your written confirmation.

If a flight or cruise is delayed or cancelled, contact us — we monitor arrivals and will do our best to adapt at no extra cost.

Responsibilities

We provide services with licensed drivers and insured vehicles. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, traffic, border queues or ferry schedules. Passengers must follow the driver's safety instructions and applicable law.
