Who we are
Dubrovnik Travel Services, based in Dubrovnik, Croatia, is the data controller for information submitted through this website. Contact: cunetravel@gmail.com.
What we collect
Only what is needed to answer your request: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, preferred contact method, and the travel details you provide (dates, times, pickup and drop-off, passenger numbers, luggage, flight or cruise details, and any special requirements).
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and provide the service you book. The legal basis is your request and, where a booking follows, the performance of a contract. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Storage and access
Requests are stored in a secured database. Only authorised administrators of Dubrovnik Travel Services can view them; the data is not publicly readable and is transmitted over an encrypted connection.
Retention
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle them and to meet legal or accounting obligations, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or request portability. Email cunetravel@gmail.com and we will respond. You may also complain to the Croatian data protection authority (AZOP).
